The Housing & Development Board (HDB) recently released the Environmental Baseline Study of Dover Forest. Take a look at the report found on this website under the heading “Planning with the Environment in mind”: https://www.hdb.gov.sg/cs/infoweb/about-us/our-role/smart-and-sustainable-living/green-towns.
